A good 300 Dollar Printer

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the right section to post things about printers, but I am in need of a printer that can print both color and black. I'm not sure about what type I want it, but I just want a good printer that is ink-efficient and prints out stuff clearly without issue.

Please help.
